Create teams and define their leaders to easily grant viewing and editing permission in experiments and protocols to several members at once.

Create the ideal teams:

1. In the members page, there is a 'Teams' tab, where the admin can add new teams by choosing the members, the team leader and also adding a description.

2. Once the teams are created, they can be granted viewing and editing permissions ('Editable by' and 'Visible to') by using the drop down lists under the 'More' menu in projects, experiments, protocols, SOPs, reports and documents.
