Since at times page performance depends on the content users add to the page, we can't always easily know what is the root cause of the problem from a report that says "the app is slow".

In order to help our engineers investigate performance issues please use this method to send us a page performance report.

1. Open Chrome's DevTools via Chrome's customize menu: ⋮ > More Tools > Developer Tools.

2. Click on the performance tab

3. Within the Performance panel, click the grey record button to start recording a profile.

4. While recording, perform the actions that resulted in lag, a few seconds is usually enough.

5. Click on the 'Stop' button to stop the recording.

6. The profile will appear in the panel, right-click anywhere and select save profile

7. Save the file to your computer and then share it via email or via our in-app support chat with a description of the unexpected behavior.
