Functional Implications of Storage Location Sync
When you sync storage locations between Avantor IM and Labguru, several key functionalities are enabled to streamline your inventory management process:
Viewing Synced Room Materials
Once the sync is established, Labguru provides enhanced visibility into the materials stored in synced rooms:
Point of Use (PoU) Details
Labguru uses visual icons to mark storage locations that are synced with Avantor IM. This feature makes it easy to distinguish between synced and non-synced locations at a glance.
For each synced storage location, users can view specific Point of Use (PoU) details. This includes a list of materials associated with that PoU, such as their current stock levels, maximum and minimum quantity levels.
For each material, a list of all the available stocks will be shown on the stocks tab
Each consumption of a stock in Labguru is transmitted to IM to reduce 1 from the stock quantity.
