Labguru's eBR Module: Streamlining Batch Production and Ensuring Regulatory Compliance

In this article, we will explore the features and capabilities of this powerful tool and how it can benefit manufacturers in efficiently tracking and documenting all information related to batch production.

The eBR Module

Labguru's eBR module is designed to enhance accuracy, streamline regulatory compliance, and provide a seamless transition from research projects to commercial products. This module is divided into two main entities: Production Processes and Batch Records.

Production Processes

The Production Processes feature of the eBR module enables manufacturers to create and manage customized production processes for specific products. This allows for better control and organization of the production process. With this feature, manufacturers can customize aspects such as data collection for batch records, automatic naming conventions for batches, and work plans that include Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), activities, events, tasks, and protocols.

During the design phase of a production process, managers can also create automatic report templates that will be filled in during batch production. This provides a comprehensive view of the progress and makes it easier to track and monitor the production process.

Batch Records

The Batch Records feature provides manufacturers with a detailed overview of a particular batch. This includes information derived from the activities and SOPs performed on the batch, measurements of devices, attachments, and inventory and equipment management.

Using this feature, production managers can easily access the bill of materials, activity log, device log, and automatic report that is compiled according to the batch production progress. This makes it easier to keep track of the necessary information and enables managers to make informed decisions.

In addition, the batch record page allows managers to stay updated on the progress of the batch's production plan, deviations, and anomalies. It also provides access to dashboards that analyze and summarize the production progress, giving manufacturers a clear and comprehensive view of the entire production process.
