The global PDF Settings allow account admins to standardize headers and footers for ELN and knowledgebase documents printed as PDF.
The PDF Settings are located in the account settings under the Advanced tab.
To customize and set page headers and footers:
Enable the page type you would like to design and standardize PDF headers and footers.
Make a selection of the data to be displayed at each position in the headers and footers.
The predefined PDF headers and footers will apply throughout the account.
If nothing is set at the account level, users will be able to change the settings preferences upon printing.
