  1. Labguru's RESTful API (Application Program Interface) - has an extensive list of endpoints divided into Labguru modules that allows to communicate with your Labguru account in a programmatic way. If you would like access to this functionality please contact us at [email protected]

  2. R and Python Labguru packages - the Labguru R and Python packages are wrappers that allow using Labguru terminology to interact with your account directly from the console.

  3. Datasets- a tool that allows aggregating data in a structured way and link it to your samples. Datasets can be easily exported to excel or via the API for further processing and analysis.

  4. The Workflow editor - The Workflow Editor is an interoperable solution that allows users to customize and automate actions and events that happen in their lab. The Workflow Editor is a Labguru add-on, resides on a stand-alone server and connects to Labguru via API. The Workflow Editor can help with two main issues:

  • Processes automation–  allowing you to design steps that will happen seamlessly and as a reaction to an activity done by lab members, saving you the time and effort to perform those routine processes manually.

  • Data analysis– Calculations (such as biological, chemical, informational or statistical analysis) can be integrated as workflows, allowing you to automate analysis done on experimental data gathered in the lab within Labguru.

5. Labguru Dashboards - Labguru Dashboards is an add-on solution to Labguru

ELN, enabling you to create and present visualized reports based on pre-

designed SQL queries. Labguru Dashboards can be presented within Labguru

and separately on a wall screen.
